$150 initial session
$120 / 50-60 min session
$145 / 1.5 Hour
Sliding fee scale may be available to clients who demonstrate a financial need. These appointments are available on a limited basis. Please call for more information.
Payment
Payment is expected at time of each session. Cash, check, credit/debit via Square or Paypal accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as booked. I do allow one free miss per calendar year with less than 24 hour notice for emergencies.

Insurance
I accept: AETNA insurance, New Directions EAP and Health Advocate EAP.
For those with other insurance, I can provide a comprehensive receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. (A different deductible and reimbursement amount may apply.)
